Payments & Auto-Pay

Payment is due upon completion of services unless enrolled in Auto-Pay. By enrolling in Auto-Pay, you authorize Tactical Lawn Maintenance to charge the card or account on file for all scheduled services. Declined payments must be corrected within three (3) days. Past-due balances may incur a late fee of up to 10% per month, or the maximum allowed under Tennessee law. Accounts more than fifteen (15) days past due may result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.

Returned Payments

A fee may be applied for any returned or declined payment. The client is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information on file.

Liability

All services are performed with reasonable care and attention. Tactical Lawn Maintenance is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper prior installations, hidden or underground utilities not properly marked in accordance with the Tennessee Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act, or weather-related conditions.

Property Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring that all private lines, including but not limited to invisible fencing, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting, are properly marked prior to service. Tactical Lawn Maintenance is not liable for damage to unmarked obstacles, items left in service areas, or normal wear to turf and landscaping caused by standard service operations.

Cancellations & Access

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Missed appointments or lack of property access may result in a service charge. Recurring services may be rescheduled due to weather or operational needs.

Right to Refuse or Suspend Service

Tactical Lawn Maintenance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or repeated scheduling conflicts.

Disputes & Legal

Any service concerns must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of service completion. Both parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution prior to pursuing legal action. In the event of non-payment, the client agrees to cover reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs as permitted under Tennessee law. Venue for any legal action shall be in the county where services were performed.
